Policies

We hope you never have to return any of your fabulous clothes!  But here at Mauve, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases.

After you have received your items, inspect them ASAP to make sure there are no defects, wrong item(s) sent, or if something is missing.

If any of these things happen, please email us within 2 business days at mauvelabelco@gmail.com and we will get it corrected for you!

STANDARD RETURN POLICY

If you’re looking to return your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! You can return any product within 2 business days from receipt of your order from your delivery date to ship back to us for a refund to your original payment method, minus the shipping cost of $8.

If you were unable to return your order within the first 3 business days, don’t worry!  We offer returns for store credit within 30 days from your order date.

Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:

  • Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned
  • Personal items such as adhesive bras, bodysuits, earrings, swimsuits, etc. cannot be returned
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
  • At this time we do not offer exchanges

*Please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed from the date we receive it.  You can still shop while you wait on your refund to be issued. Refunds and in-store credit will be issued net of return costs when applicable.  Unapproved items will be returned at your expense.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

  • If you have received a defective item please contact our customer service  by emailing at mauvelabelco@gmail.com within 2 business days of delivery.  Please include your first and last name, order number, items name, and photo of the defect in the email.
  • If you contact us outside of the 2 business day window the item does not qualify for replacement or return.
  • Once we review your claim we will send you a prepaid label to send the item back to us.  We must receive the item within the 7 day window from the time you are issued the label.  Once item is received a replacement will be sent to you.  If there is no replacement available you will receive refund in the same form of payment used to make the purchase.

*on defective items REFUNDS will only be given if a replacement item is unavailable.

 DAMAGED ITEMS:

  • We take our shipping process very seriously and our team makes sure that each item is packaged to get to you in the way you expect it to. We are not responsible for packages once they are scanned with USPS or UPS.
